1. Long process of requesting the marketing campaign and a lot of back and forth emails and meetings before executing the work.
2. Long Approval process between the marketing, product, and management teams.
3. The revision of the performance is done when the marketing campaign ends

Process Description: This process explains how a marketing campaign for a specific product is requested from the product team and how the
marketing team prepares and publishes the campaign.
Solutions for the Process:
1. Providing an online form for requesting a marketing campaign designed by the marketing team to include the brief and all needed
requirements and details regarding the campaign. This form will be enough for the marketing team to provide a prototype and will minimize
the time of the requesting process.
2. Instead of having the product team approval and management approval separately, one approval activity combining both teams will minimize
the time of approval.
3. The revision of the performance for the campaign should start when it is first published until it ends instead of waiting for the campaign to end.
This will help in fixing errors, editing the campaign, reduce cost and increase efficiency.
